More than a place to stay
The Grand Brystal Comfort Inn sits in a quiet, secure neighbourhood off the Busia–Kisumu highway, a few minutes from the centre of town and far enough from it to hear birds in the morning.
We are a working hotel in a working town. Guests arrive for county meetings, cross-border business, weddings and long weekends, and we have built the place around all four — comfortable rooms, two meeting spaces, a garden for celebrations, and a kitchen that takes local food as seriously as the international menu.
What guests mention most is not the building. It is that someone remembered how they take their tea.
