Three steps
How it works
1 · Refer
Submit the form below and get your personal referral code instantly. Tell your person to mention it when they enquire.
2 · They book
We follow up, quote and host them with the same care we would give family. Your code stays attached to their booking from first call to final invoice.
3 · You get paid
Once their event is held and settled, we send your reward to your M-Pesa within seven days. No forms, no chasing, no 'come for it later'.

The rules
Fair and simple
Written so a referral never turns into an argument. If anything is unclear, ask reception before you refer.
- Rewards are paid after the referred booking is held and fully settled — that is what 'successful' means.
- The referred person must be new to us or bringing a new event, and must mention your code (or you name them here) before they book.
- If two people refer the same event, the first code recorded wins.
- A referral code stays valid for six months from the day it is issued.
- You can refer as many people as you like — every successful one pays.
- Staff of the hotel and their immediate families are not eligible, and you cannot refer your own event.
- Rewards are paid to the M-Pesa number given at submission. Where a reward is a percentage, it is calculated on the food, venue and hire bill, excluding accommodation.
