How we buy
The ground rules
Who can bid
Registered businesses with a valid KRA PIN and, where the category requires it, the relevant licences. Local Busia and Western Kenya suppliers are actively encouraged.
How we evaluate
Price, quality, delivery reliability and past performance. For food and beverage categories, consistency of supply matters more to us than being the cheapest quote.
Payment terms
We work on LPOs and settle against delivered goods and a correct invoice. Terms are agreed in writing before your first delivery.
Integrity
No fee is ever charged to bid or to be listed. Nobody at this hotel is authorised to ask a supplier for a personal payment — report it to management if it happens.
