Church, school & community events
Fundraisers, graduations, AGMs and harambees, from tens of plates to hundreds. Set menus that keep the cost per plate honest.
We cater across Busia County and the neighbouring counties, with a transport fee based on distance and agreed in your written quote — no surprises on the day. Serving crew, buffet equipment and warmers are included.

One quote, one crew, one setup. Alongside the food we hire out the tents, the public address system and the lighting — so you are not coordinating three suppliers on the morning of your event.

Stretch tents

Free-form canvas rigged to the ground and sky at dramatic angles. The modern look for open-air venues, and forgiving on uneven ground.
Dome tents

Ribbed domes with no centre poles, so every seat has a clear view of the stage. The stable choice when the weather might have opinions.
PA & sound systems
Full public address for speeches, sermons and MCs — powered speakers sized to your crowd, cordless microphones, mixing and a technician who stays for the whole function. Background music for mealtimes, or a full DJ-ready rig for the after-party.
Event lighting
Warm festoon strings under the tents, uplighting in your colours, and practical floodlighting for serving areas and parking. For evening functions we bring the power backup too, so the lights and the sound never depend on the grid.
Every hire comes with transport, setup the day before or early morning, and takedown after — included in the written quote.
