What it is like here
We are a busy hotel with a restaurant, a bar, two meeting spaces and a garden that fills up most weekends. That means real shifts, real pressure at month end, and a team that has to cover for each other without being asked.
In return we train people properly, promote from inside wherever we can, and pay on time. Several of our supervisors started on the floor.
