A big, bright hall that reconfigures for whatever you are running — theatre rows for a seminar, a U-shape for a workshop, round tables for a wedding reception. Public address, projection and reliable power. Our events team handles the setup, the tea breaks and the lunch so you can run the room.

Seats a small team comfortably around one table, with a screen, fast Wi-Fi and a door that shuts. Ideal for interviews, board sittings, client presentations and county meetings. Catering comes through from our kitchen on your schedule, not ours.

A wide, maintained lawn ringed by mature palms, and the setting for most of the weddings, ruracios, birthdays and send-offs we host. There is room to pitch full marquees and tents, so the garden works in any weather and at almost any size — we will arrange tenting, staging, sound and seating for you. The kitchen and bar are a few steps away, parking is inside the compound, and the grounds are secure and private for the whole day.

Room hire, the tea breaks and the food, quoted as one figure per delegate so your budget line is simple.
8.30am – 1.00pm, or 1.30pm – 5.00pm
A morning or afternoon session with one tea break and lunch.

A full working day with two tea breaks and lunch.
Overnight, per delegate
Everything in the full-day package, plus accommodation, dinner and breakfast.
Rates are quoted per delegate and depend on your numbers, the season and the menu. Institutions can be invoiced against an LPO.
Celebrations
Not everything that matters is a conference. We host birthdays and surprise parties, baby showers and gender reveals, engagements, ruracios and dowry ceremonies, bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, church and family fundraisers, and send-offs.
Small groups take a corner of the restaurant or a dressed table in the garden. Bigger ones take the lawn under a marquee, or the Kilimanjaro Hall when the weather is doing its own thing. Our kitchen handles the food and the cake table, the bar handles the rest, and our team sets and clears so your family can actually sit down.
